2. What data we collect
When you place an order: name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details, as standard for a WooCommerce checkout. If you create an account, we also store your order history.
When you book an appointment: if you book via Salonized or by email, we process your name, contact details, and chosen treatment. We do not request medical or health information by default.
Contact via WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed within that platform, in accordance with WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy.

• Scheduling and confirming appointments;

• Meeting legal (tax) obligations;
• Website analytics to improve our services.
4. Sharing data with third parties (processors)
We share data only with parties necessary for our services:
– Salonized - for scheduling and managing appointments;
– WooCommerce Payments – for secure processing of payments (iDEAL, credit card);
– Hostinger – our website hosting provider;
– Google Analytics (Google LLC) – for website statistics;
– Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) – for advertising purposes;
– Google Reviews – for displaying customer reviews.
Data processing agreements are in place with these parties where required.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta are US-based companies. For data transfers outside the EU, these parties rely on recognized safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure an adequate level of protection.
6. Data retention
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Administrative and tax-related data (including invoices) is retained for 7 years, in line with Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst) requirements. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
