MEET GRACE

Grace's Salon

From Brazil to Friesland — a salon built around one specialty, done right.

Grace has been working in hair removal since 2010, learning the craft in Brazil before moving to the Netherlands in 2017. In 2019, she opened her own salon in Leeuwarden — the first in Friesland dedicated exclusively to hair removal, with no other treatments on the menu. That focus is intentional: doing one thing, and doing it well.

Along the way, Grace developed her own wax formula, made with natural ingredients like beeswax and tree resin. It's now the wax used in every treatment at the salon — and the same wax available to buy in the shop. Since 2023, the salon has also offered laser hair removal with a professional European laser system, for clients looking for longer-term results.

The owner herself did my wax, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was clean, quick, and done with great care — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
