Countries we ship to:
The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.
Shipping costs:
• Netherlands: free shipping on orders of €150 or more. Orders below €150 are calculated by weight.
• Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, Denmark: shipping costs are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Free shipping is not available for these destinations.
Carrier:
Orders are shipped via PostNL, DPD.
Delivery time:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us at info@graceluxurywax.com. The item must be sent back within 14 days of your request.
Products excluded from return
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
• Opened or used wax
• Used wax warmers
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Wrong, damaged, or defective item (fault on our side): Grace Luxury Wax covers the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
